Turnaround

Every set is made to order by hand. Typical turnaround is 1–2 weeks from the day you confirm your order, plus shipping time. Custom sets with intricate designs can take a little longer — your order status page always shows where things stand, and Elin adds notes along the way.

Shipping

• Orders ship via USPS within the United States.
• Your set ships after payment is received (you're only asked to pay once it's finished and ready to go).
• Each set arrives carefully packaged with sizing stickers and application tips.
• If a package is lost or arrives damaged, email a photo within 7 days and Elin will remake or replace it.

Returns & remakes

For hygiene reasons, press-on nails can't be restocked or resold, so all sales are final once a set ships. That said, a handmade business lives on happy customers:

• Wrong sizes? If the sizing photos were clear and the fit is still off, Elin will remake the affected nails free.
• Damaged in transit? Photo within 7 days → free replacement.
• Not what was agreed?If a custom set clearly doesn't match what was discussed and approved, reach out within 7 days of delivery and it'll be made right.

Changes of mind after confirmation can't be refunded once work has started, but you can cancel free any time before payment.
